I offer beginner friendly 1:1 training as well as fitness group classes both online and face to face for more mature (35+) individuals up to any age for building your confidence and steady progress with your fitness journey.

I am passionate about being active and promote not only fitness, but holistic health and well-being to people of all fitness levels. Both my classes and PT sessions are tailored for different levels from absolute beginners to more advanced clients and those who may not feel comfortable in the gym environment. I take my time to learn about clients lifestyle and habits to be able to offer more tailored sessions.
