I am here to support and guide you in your fitness and wellbeing journey

My name is Inga.

I have been exercising since my early school days by playing basketball and net ball, and attending gym for decades.

I have five main passions when it comes to the wellbeing and fitness:

  • Cycling and spinning ( especially power spinning with the weights);

  • Resistance training;

  • Kettle bell training;

  • Holistic group class for mature women of any level;

  • Balanced and healthy nutrition.

Only in recent years I have developed my passion as a qualified spinning instructor, holistic fitness group class instructor, kettlebell training instructor and PT.

I am inviting you to share my passion and benefits of being active, healthy and help you with your individual journey.
