My name is Inga.
I have been exercising since my early school days by playing basketball and net ball, and attending gym for decades.
I have five main passions when it comes to the wellbeing and fitness:
Cycling and spinning ( especially power spinning with the weights);
Resistance training;
Kettle bell training;
Holistic group class for mature women of any level;
Balanced and healthy nutrition.
Only in recent years I have developed my passion as a qualified spinning instructor, holistic fitness group class instructor, kettlebell training instructor and PT.
