I am here to support and guide you in your fitness and wellbeing journey

My name is Inga. I am originally from Latvia, however been living in London for 22 years.

I have inherited a strong sense of being close to nature by looking after my body and mind and living as healthy lifestyle as possible.

Apart from fitness I love travelling and learning about different cultures. Please feel free to explore my blogs about it.

I have been exercising since my early school days by playing basketball and net ball, and attending the gym for decades, nevertheless exercising in nature is my preferred way.

I have the following main passions when it comes to the wellbeing and fitness:

  • Cycling and spinning ( especially power spinning with the weights);

  • Resistance training;

  • Kettle bell training;

  • Bootcamp & circuit classes for 35+ individuals for all levels;

  • Balanced and healthy nutrition.

    In recent years I have acquired several qualifications as a spinning instructor, bootcamp class instructor, personal trainer to help the individuals to achieve their fitness & wellness goals.

I am very interested in increasing the lifespan of humans and keep developing my skills and knowledge to help people to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle by exploring their daily habits, mindset and believes.

I offer fitness & wellbeing advise based on your fitness regime by exploring your lifestyle habits, diet as well as emotional wellbeing and guide you towards your wellness goals.

Why am I different?

Being active and exercising daily is not a key to your wellbeing. It is a combination of the fitness routine, nutrition, mindset and awareness, which I am assessing when talking to my clients to help them to change their lives for better💚.
